GREAT shirt, BETTER customer service

First, the shirt is awesome. I received it as a gift, and color and feel are awesome. Sort of like a windbreaker shirt - can wear in the heat to protect you from the sun, and also can function to keep in some warmth in the wind. It’s right for being on the boat, or all day and into evening by the pool. But what was better was the customer service. My initial shirt - gifted to me - was too big. I emailed these guys to ask if I could exchange it, and they responded so personably, so quickly, and made it SO easy for me - they made a customer for life out of me. These guys are as they suppose to be - kind in how they’re doing business with customers.
